    jwrosewell alextcone w3c mozilla Again, you have inverted these statements. No one is saying there are not non-technical needs around privacy compliance. What they are saying is that the work of this group is *primarily* technical. The work is producing technical outputs.

      jwrosewell alextcone w3c mozilla No one group is producing the Entire solution, but they all interact with each other. This group has a technical *focus* which is not excluding other solutions or inputs.

        jwrosewell alextcone w3c mozilla I hope other groups provide other focuses that can produce work and documents that give us useful feedback. Of course the legal framework that exists shapes technical solutions. There are no silos in privacy, but there are focuses and focused people.
