    ShortFormErnie I don't know if this is what the lawyer was thinking, but I do think that with an incorporated entity the family would have much better tools for issuing take downs and other platform stuff as well as using copyright to protect her from having her images shared against her will.

      ShortFormErnie There's a strong irony in that as a corporation she'd likely get a much better response from platforms than as an individual and have more options to use the law to engage in self-protective measures. :/

        ShortFormErnie If I was her dad, this is the first thing I'd do as well because platforms have much stronger reactions and better tools to handle copyright than harassment. >.<

          ShortFormErnie Not to mention, a lot of platform tools that handle requests for take-downs related to harassment require you to identify yourself AND your address, and as a business she can have an address no where near where she is in reality.
