While some newsrooms have modernized or been forced to, the sales floors of local publications are mostly ignored by chain operators and by the institutions themselves. dkiesow pilhofer AmPress I think a big chunk of the issue is that there is no pipeline for modern digital sales people into the media business. The problems we had bringing student media into the digital age are doubly so for the sales side.On twitter.com
