        bluechoochoo I can see that angle. But there's also some implication that he was recently put back in as a columnist, perhaps in part b/c of supposed social impact. And then there's the other questions like:

      bluechoochoo Is buying bot followers unethical for a journalist? Is contributing to a company that likely had some impact on the trustworthiness of the news industry in the eyes of the average American bad business? Is there a disclosure consideration that might have impact his coverage?

    bluechoochoo If buying stock in a company is a thing journalistic ethics require disclosure of, wouldn't paying into a system that supports and only works in part due to a massive anti-media propaganda distribution network require disclosure?
