emilybell craignewmark mosseri _trustproject journethics jonkeegan I've hesitated to speak positively about the Trust Project because, having worked on numerous publisher sites, I can tell you it would be faster & easier for me to build a script to fake these signals on a fraudulent site then to implement on any publisher site I've worked on.

emilybell craignewmark mosseri _trustproject journethics jonkeegan We saw that exact issue with Google Authorship, and I'm not seeing lessons learned incorporated into this. It's a nice set of ideas, all of which I like, and all will be useful for some, but won't do anything to help protect against black hats in their current state.
