      bdbreedlove wrgoto I don't read it that way, but as 'they solve problems with more people, not better processes' and 'the structure puts the values of the company above building better longer-lasting employees' which is more a biz culture of shortsightedness and willingness to burn out

    bdbreedlove wrgoto IMO Plenty of American startups do the same thing. Not to mention almost all video game companies. If you believe your employees are cogs and there are plenty waiting in the wings to pick up the baton if one cog falls out, then this is how you treat your employees.
