blaine dakami ElissaBeth ErrataRob jarroddicker BTW: my dream is ads are delivered in JSON wrappers that are required to explicitly describe the URLs they connect to and possible actions they may take. Metrics scripts get broken out as own elements. There's then an enforceable digital contract for ad servers and publishers.

blaine dakami ElissaBeth ErrataRob jarroddicker And if I decide that a particular metrics script or ad url doesn't meet my standards as a publisher, I can block them and use data in the JSON object to automate messaging the advertiser why. That's how I'd do it, if I had a magic wand that is.
