So Bright was... Alright I guess? Arguably the worst part of it was Will Smith, but that might have more been 'as written' instead of his acting. It's a really cool world though with some interesting ideas that work best when it is at its least serious.Permalink On twitter.com

Like when it is trying to scream 'this is a race relations metaphor' it falls very very flat. They think that having Smith's character be racist makes it less off-putting, but it makes it more so.Permalink On twitter.com
