          1. I hate how a generation has come to define 'good businesses' as VC, startups, and their bullshit destructive tactics. Building and expecting reasonable growth and ignoring the so-called economies of scale is a viable approach.

          In case it isn't clear, I'm as capitalist as I have to be. That's the world we live in. Nothing is less capitalist then building companies with no plan on how to make money beyond constantly asking other people for it.

        There's a word for when your entire existence is dependent on asking people with more capital for handouts on which you have no plan to deliver return: charity.

      "Capitalism is an economic system and an ideology based on private ownership of the means of production and their operation for profit." ^ Note the 'profit' part of the definition.

    If you want to take down capitalism and tear apart how our culture works I am seriously all for that. Please, it's one of the worst ways to organize a society. But I'm not going to pretend that I somehow work in a different reality
