      MattSaccaro It's a lot more filled with families now tho. Which means less late night bars and brunches, so mby getting less trendy?

        MattSaccaro I end up walking to Greenpoint a lot, which is easy. So I get all the NYC *stuff*, but it never gets too crowded or too long a commute.
