        catekustanczy Like most attempts it will be stymied by many factors, top of list: "tracking" is not strongly defined & Goog & FB are not worst offenders.

      catekustanczy Other problems: The fines are too low. Violators will have to easy a time pointing fingers at others in the mess of an ecosystem.

      catekustanczy IMO: the laws are reacting to consumer concerns, arguably a good thing. But the level of that reaction doesn't provide solid regulatory tool

        catekustanczy Serious technical language has to be used. The ecosystem has to be altered with force. And more than that, the incentives need to be changed
