        We sold it to Google and to Facebook and when we did we also sold the tools to gain advertiser trust, which is the harder thing to get back.

          This is yet another place where outsourcing our sales operations through things like FB's Audience Network is a bad solution in long term.

            But our bad UX, lack of advertiser trust and our lack of tools to regain trust, makes passing on such a solution practically impossible.
