Hmmm, what about using a promise or setTimeout to delay loading pym until after the other library completes loading?

If you are right about it being a race condition, which seems likely, having the site experiencing it load in order may help.

Then if the fix has to come from your library it could deliver a Mounted promise, or something like that to ping off other scripts
