    alexromano That's not the point. Buildings get big benefits for inclusionary housing. The extra units they get to sell by pay for it.

        alexromano ... that inclusionary housing balances payoff for buildings with the lost profit, basically poor doors are like charging twice.

          alexromano In that: the extra costs incurred are already paid for through breaks given by the city. So they're just using this as an excuse
