        Also, if I try and click a professional tool in the Twitter app menu, the whole menu becomes nonfunctional and I have to restart the app.

          If I wanted to buy a Twitter ad on Android right now I literally could not give them money. The prompts to promote a tweet I usually see on here are gone too.
