      ShortFormErnie hondanhon I think there is a VERY interesting use case in tying multiple accounts together, but I just don't think it makes sense to me to use Mastodon--a service intended to build communities in open ways--as verification. And as a technical manager I wouldn't resource it that way...

    ShortFormErnie hondanhon Whereas publishers have spent years building up and understanding the value of maintaining and curating a community. Communities bring engagement. Engagement brings money. Money brings maintenance resources. It seems a better fit.
