      JudSpencer humanpropensity RubSchreurs The specific forced showing of a page is in that context, but I don't think all arbitrage is. Advertisers want to buy specific audiences and publishers are just as capable of doing so as the advertisers are. Even better at engaging those audiences.

    JudSpencer humanpropensity RubSchreurs I'd argue that every legit publisher that buys legit traffic is usually creating a situation where the user is more likely to pay attention to the content and t/f the ad.
