These documents are the same but they are submitted to the government agency as far as I can tell, not to the company that manages MetroCards (and now OMNY), and then that company is instructed to issue the cards.       NTransit mrlegend4456 in interacting with the OMNY website with, as I highlighted, a clearly insufficient privacy policy, the user is exposed to the site/app which grants OMNY additional overly generous data collection and permission to leak that data collection into the ad tech ecosystem... 4/*

        NTransit mrlegend4456 And it also puts the recipient in a position where they are now exposed to the tracking beacons on the site which OMNY's policies reserve them the right to place and leverage, a thing that they would not have had to be exposed to by mailing in a form. 5/5
