      and they didn't know or recognize me. Somehow this blocklist made it to the current most popular shared blocklist app and so occasionally I'll just be randomly blocked by people on Twitter. Mostly this is too bad, but doesn't bother me. However...

        Recently one of my fav Twitter users came under a ton of entirely unearned and bs abuse due to misinfo and (reasonably!) activated a shared blocklist. Sadly, it is the one I'm on and now I'm blocked from their feed :(

          It's an entirely reasonable product and it is entirely reasonable that there is no mechanism to appeal, I don't blame anyone for activating a shared blocklist and blocking me accidentally, and really, anyone can block anyone for any reason, but occasionally it sucks.

            At the end of the day, it is just Twitter. However, my feed is certainty made worse by the lack of particular people whose work I really enjoy.
