blaine If it helps, the roll out of the 4th shot is pretty nonsensical in the US. I wasn't able to get one w/a flu shot thru my normal flu shot provider b/c insurance wouldn't pay for it if I got it from them & also, it seems like in NYC you can only get it from a 1 brand of pharmacy.
