        Also, it should be illegal to force applicants to pay money to have their rent application processed. That and the new practice of potential renters basically bribing landlords by paying extra.

    One of the people interviewed said something like "I have a masters degree & a steady 6 figure job, if I can't live in NYC who can live in NYC?" and this is such a great point. What is to become of NYC if it pushes out people like that and those who make even less?
