  1. Any reported Netflix watch hours is basically funny money. They are self-reporting. Netflix doesn't appear to make decisions on the basis of reported numbers. Shit just autoplays with no one watching. Netflix watch hours is basically just made up stats no one uses.

      Every time a news org runs a story on the basis of Netflix's totally arbitrary counting of watch hours that no one else can agree on or double check the Media Reporters of Our Past spin in their graves.

        Just one, of many, examples: if Bright had really done the numbers Netflix had claimed, even with the terrible critical reaction, we would be on Bright 3 by now. You think terrible critical reactions matter if it is going to be a cash cow? Have you seen the Transformer movies?
