catthekin I've done a lot with OneNote, moved over to a general notes file and lately been using wikilinks and Obsidian. Doesn't scale well to a group though, so I lean heavy on topical folders and rough drafts we build out as a group in Confluence...On twitter.com

catthekin I tried Notion and while I see why people like it, I really dislike the authoring experiance. Generally I look heavily towards small notes with detailed topics & lots of interlinking.
