      Tech Company: We're concerned that the problem really is that we haven't calibrated the amount of Torment properly and people would actually benefit from some amount of Torment in their lives.

    Tech Company: What are the ethics of tormenting people when you could not torment people instead? A real head scratcher. Thankfully we're paying a board of experts to tell us if we're the baddies, or if we should continue the immense profitability that allows us to pay them.
