    1. This is such a good piece that hits on my reaction to Twitter commentary pieces. So many supposed economic or business experts who show their whole a** and make it clear they don't understand the basics of either. lawprofessors.typepad.com/business_law/2022/07/the-entire-world-is-about-to-get-a-lesson-in-revlon.html

Like it should be REALLY basic analysis to say: 'the Twitter board doesn't care about if Musk wants to own Twitter or not, they only care about making more money' ... yet so many commentators can't seem to wrap their head around this concept.

It is shocking to see that apparently there are many supposed experts on the American economy who... don't understand the basics of how capitalism works. Twitter *isn't* a public square. It *isn't* a philosophy project. What it is... is a corporate entity.

Considering M*sk's offer sits at more than $10 above current stock price, Twitter board's keen interest in keeping him to his contract has little to do with their love of the company, their belief in him or current leadership, or their confidence in the co. It's about the MONEY.

This is America. This is Capitalism. It's *always* about the money. You're a fool if you think otherwise.
