      swodinsky robinberjon I agree that you can't just give all re-targeting the ok. Trying to carve out the practice instead of giving users consent controls that *can also block re-targeting* is absolutely the better path for both ease-of-implementation and common sense reasons, but also...

        swodinsky robinberjon It reflects how Congress sees the problems around ad targeting. They see the Big Issue as psychographic targeting that can impact elections & I bet (have not yet read the bill) that they are more interested in focusing on that & giving the lobbyists a compromise outside of that.
