blaine kevinmarks I agree that having RSS feeds of Twitter is useful but not a solution to any of social media's problems. But also, we could do more with RSS than we currently do, it supports extensions, all of podcasting basically works on one such extension. An ID extension is possible...On twitter.com

blaine kevinmarks That said, while I think such a move would be useful and a boon to the web, I generally agree that RSS is an elegant weapon for a more civilized age. I do think JSON-LD/Schema and ActivityPub are likely the specs we can evolve to more flexible solutions.Permalink On twitter.com
