theleoji So much rational centrist policy-making fails IMO b/c it tries to ignore the emotional factor of voters & supporters, the right understands how to engage hate to get support. theleoji I feel like a big reason why the tenor of politics has shifted towards hate is because the right uses that emotion but the left tries to avoid engaging emotionally at all and so the Overton window of Political Emotion just shifts slowly towards anger.Permalink On twitter.com
