    It might surprise you to know that Second Life didn't become the future of fashion 15 years ago and some new VR iteration, which looks basically the same, won't become the future of fashion now.

      The only difference is back then it was enthusiastic nerds genuinely interested in trying out new stuff and now it's a bunch of greedy boosters making this look even more cringe.

        Yeah let's party without the infringement of hierarchy... Except the hierarchy of buying and selling digital goods that people presumably want to enforce copyright on and then presumably price differently and use to signify status.
