aripap alextcone I assumed cohorts were considered behavioral advertising to them w/"targeting of ads to us based on our online behavior" and "users’ behavior-based profiles". But also there are def DOOH vendors I've heard claim to be 1<>1 based on stuff like Bluetooth beacons. (Tho it is BS.)On twitter.com
