swodinsky IMO, the idea that stoicism lends credibility is *intrinsically* sexist, it pulls on traditional tropes of "big" men being "strong" because that's how they hold up the world around them and eventually become history-changing "great" men and it's some bullshit.Permalink On twitter.com
