      robleathern Isn't this proving my point? Non-crypto scams get plenty of coverage when they hit a similar scale of perceived cost. I don't have like... a review of all media to do a count, but I've ready plenty of non-crypto-fraud stories. Arguably there isn't enough coverage of both...

    robleathern But I don't think the issue is that crypto coverage is eating traditional fraud coverage, it isn't a competition between the two even, from what I have seen non-crypto scams often fall into a different vertical of editorial anyway. But sure we need more coverage overall.
