      pbannist eric_seufert So much of the problems of privacy comes from users either unable to control or perceive where their data goes. If you are a privacy advocate that wants to stop user tracking, easier to tie it back to Google than a mid-bid-stream vendor that serves a few sites...

    pbannist eric_seufert I don't think that's the right approach, but I do think it is worthwhile to look at the problem with that lens and realize that a diverse non-private ecosystem could be a lose-lose if the diverse ecosystem isn't actually private.
