I don't think this problem caused by systematic landlord abuse causing people to be unable to get the heat legally afforded to them by their building is really solvable by individual action, as opposed to the mayor of our city doing mayor things like laws and enforcement.     I'm extremely frustrated by the head of the city's government apparently taking the position that all problems can be solved if only we individual people do stuff... instead of... ya know... the government doing the things it is supposed to do.

      I never really liked Adams but somehow we're not even a full month in and I find myself surprised by how much worse his politics are than I expected.
