      If you think society best functions when each individual persues their own agenda as freely as possible and t/f only care about yourself, when the airplane staff tell you to put a mask on it must be their individual agenda and therefore their fault, boom self justified assholery.

        The philosophy that prevents these people from respecting people around them, believing in collective institutions like national health care, and considering systematic problems or solutions, is the same philosophy which justifies them being total asses to everyone around them.
