    PlasticRaptor ShortFormErnie Missed point: people do not invest in mining hardware without the goal of paying it off and more. That's how economics work. Trying to push some sort of mining-free crypto is pointless b/c it will inevitably be abandoned or ignored by those who want to pay off a mining investment

      PlasticRaptor ShortFormErnie Cryptocurrency is a *currency* first and a technology second. The dynamics of markets, investment and capital will *always* take over or displace even the most well-meaning approach.
