          danielleiat Ah yeah, you got to it :( the point at which Joss decided to tank his own show purely out of spite against Carpenter b/c she did him the terrible personal injustice of getting pregnant. It really takes extreme shit human vibes to make one's own show that bad to torture an actress

      danielleiat The first and last season of Angel are some of my favorite bits of TV but I mostly don't rewatch any more because now it makes me think of how terrible Joss was to Carpenter when she is so great in Angel and it makes me sad.

    danielleiat This is extremely depressing, so a fun fact: Spike's actor Marsters is not British & he apparently learned his specific accent because it's Anthony Stewart Head's real-life accent. Marsters reads audiobooks and the first time I heard him in his normal accent I was very surprised.
