The protected case for conversion tracking that was the core of the initial Safari proposal significantly focused on affiliate.

    Myles_Younger astaniscia86 tanyadua larakiara I also strongly suspect that there's a better and bigger space for affiliate ads post-3p cookie because they are the most directly conversion based and most easily integrated into contextual strategies...

      Myles_Younger astaniscia86 tanyadua larakiara But also b/c I suspect when we come out of the end of 3p, their conversion tracking will still work pretty well and they will likely be the easiest form of web advertising to track and verify metrics with, because they don't involve a lot of complicated 3rd party serving/iframes.
