robleathern Carnage4Life Yeah, it's the *enough* that's the big issue... or... alternatively... if Facebook has in place the right procedures to turn junior engineers into excellent ones. At Facebook's scale it basically needs a whole graduating class worth of good engineers coming in on a regular basis.
