It is wild to me that 80yo lawyer Alan Dershowitz apparently walks around wearing an extra t-shirt with some sort of Constitution meme/joke under his clothes just so he can tear off his over-clothes at any moment to (he thinks) "own" the other person in the conversation.

It's almost 80 degrees but he's wearing a whole other t-shirt just in case he needs to own some libs I guess. That's where we are with 'politics' now. Gotta do anything to 'win' the argument, doesn't matter what, even if it is incredibly self-demeaning, dumb, or self-harming.

Just... what do you think is going on in his head? Do you think he was at 50, looking down the barrel of potential retirement, and thinking he had to stock up on joke t-shirts to win in arguments down the street from what I assume is his multi-million dollar home?

Also... I mean... why get in an argument with Larry David? That's straight up the worst idea. He has a whole show where all he does is amusingly think up arguments he could have with people and then goes to and past the line to win them. That's basically his brand!
