reconbot Yeah, there's attempts to move ads to a spec called Fenced Frames and to call out specific ad elements for greater automated restrictions by the browser. But these aren't reliable solutions. I dunno, I'm not sure there *is* a ad-specific fix...Permalink On twitter.com

reconbot I do think this shows a real *need* to allow users to more easily access older versions of browsers. The web is rotting & things are breaking beyond this, sometimes month to month. I think it's just one of many instances where we see a need for more nuanced browser/web archiving.On twitter.com
