moorehn I dunno, the thing is Giuliani was always scum, he basically rode to mayoral office on the back of a race riot. The main difference was we all arbitrarily decided he was great after 9/11... because he was there. He didn't even handle it well. His top level people stole resources.Permalink On twitter.com
