pbannist dmarti I mean... 1 and 2 are covered by CAN-SPAM together, and 3 has a whole new set of requirements coming out of CRPA which 'give us your email' really doesn't cover in my totally-not-legal-advice opinion. By hinging DAA on email, it's likely making CAN-SPAM compliance *more* complex.On twitter.com
