Giving users' the capacity to essentially code switch (npr.org/blogs/codeswitch/2013/04/02/176064688/how-code-switching-explains-the-world) their ad targeting pulls create a tremendous opportunity for users to take control and use targeting as a instrument to benefit themselves.
