        kfranasz I think it isn't quite as simple as a number. You also have to account from when counting starts, what conditions under which the ad is loaded, and under what method the refresh is executed

      kfranasz Also, many systems, including AdX allow and request publishers to attest if they have a refresh active, what type it is, and how frequently it triggers. Buyers can make an informed decision if they take an interest.

    kfranasz Also, worth noting we all mostly work under the IAB definition of what makes an ad visible: 50% in view for at least 1 second. The core problem is likely in that definition as it has been established.
