moorehn Good! They were crunchy and the feel and taste was pretty much like tiny corn chips, equally filling but theoretically healthier. I would 100% buy again if I ever saw it on a shelf. I also am a big fan of cricket flour, which makes it easier to make richer tasting pastries.

moorehn I pick up my cricket flour, which I believe is produced via a local cricket farm, in Brooklyn from a great bookstore / cooking shop that also has a cookbook with specially designed recipes for the curious, tho you can directly sub it for standard flour. yelp.to/EJH9T165Yfb
