      petersterne harrymccracken KidKotok Tim Armstrong is an excellent salesperson & history shows, not much good at anything else. To say he "believed" Verizon would care about those companies is prob an overstatement. He believed he could sell them all his remaining exposure to the media business and that's prob it

    petersterne harrymccracken KidKotok Beyond that, I tend to believe that the real core issue was Verizon thought it was buying well qualified audiences, for a variaty of reasons, from a reliable operator and found out that the audiences were poisoned by fake 2nd party data buys and the operator wasn't reliable.
