  1. I switched to new Outlook and it is creating a *lot* of cognitive friction for reasons I can't explain... and I didn't even like old Outlook.

      Dark mode is a blessing. It's great that it is there and works and makes my eyes hurt a lot less, but on the flip side I spent 5 minutes staring at the event scheduling interface, basically lost. It isn't even that complicated it's just everything has moved just too much
