      alextcone Yup, I got that part for sure, and it is def a concern (btw, I know this is off-hours, plz feel no urgency or requirement to respond, my intent here isn't to keep you up). But the problem is of course that there might end up being quite a large value for n.

    alextcone Also... though I know this is entirely out of scope for GPP, it means that each regulation gets a highly technocratic response in individual specifications designed for finding every legal hole, as opposed to a common specification that looks towards matching user understandings.

      alextcone I dunno, maybe there's no choice but that approach... but it doesn't feel great and it doesn't read great and it makes compliance a ballooning concern with increasing pressure on every player. I feel a good spec could take a more simplified approach to what consent is and does.
