theleoji I dunno, the lawsuit doesn't read like they had a business relationship (beyond the obvious buying of the shoes), but I can see the endorsement argument, basically they should have covered up the Nike logos if they wanted to get away with this.Permalink On twitter.com

theleoji I do wonder, if we had laws that covered remixing well, does this constitute a remix of intellectual property outside of the trademark dispute issue, which I do see you're right that is potentially a big issue.On twitter.com
